Student Procedure

Students should in the first instance go to the LRC and must have their Student ID card, if access is required urgently students may also call the IT Helpdesk in support hours*, and must have their ID ready and be prepared to answer security questions. 

Student's tutors may also request their password reset on their behalf.

Staff Procedure

Staff should, in the first instance may go to the IT Helpdesk and must have their Staff ID card, and if the password reset is urgently required staff may call the IT Helpdesk during support hours*, and must have their ID card to hand and be prepared to answer security questions.
Staff cannot have their password reset requested on their behalf.

*IT Helpdesk Support Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-16:30 Friday where the college is open to Staff i.e. not Bank Holidays
